Paul Kotlyar is an accomplished software engineering and architecture professional with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as Executive Principal of Solution Architecture at OCC since May 2020, Paul previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Cboe Global Markets for a brief period in early 2020. Prior to that, Paul was the Head of Software at FT Options, which was acquired by Cboe, from December 2012 to February 2020. Additional roles include Lead Software Engineer at SunGard / Valdi Options Solutions and Perficient, as well as Lead Application Developer at AG Medical Transportation, where Paul designed and developed a custom ambulance scheduling and tracking application. Paul holds a degree from Northeastern Illinois University.
