Tina Stavrou

Tina Stavrou currently serves as Executive Director and Associate General Counsel at The Options Clearing Corporation since April 2022. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at PNC Bank, N.A., where responsibilities spanned international compliance and capital markets compliance from 2013 to 2022. Additionally, Tina contributed as a lecturer at Chicago-Kent College of Law from 2019 to 2020, teaching subjects related to enforcement, litigation, and regulation of securities. Previous roles include serving as Assistant General Counsel at NASAA, Of Counsel at Enterprise Law Group, and Securities Enforcement Attorney at the Illinois Secretary of State's Securities Department. Tina holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Classical Civilizations from Loyola University Chicago.
