Eric Pellegrini is an experienced aerospace professional with a strong background in the A400M program. Currently serving as the A400M Programme Division Technical Section Leader at OCCAR since September 2022, Pellegrini previously held multiple key roles at DGA, including Chairman of the A400M Certification & Qualification Committee, Chief Airworthiness & Certification for DGA aeronautical systems, and Head of the Airframe Systems Division. Prior experience includes serving as A400M Platform and Systems Officer at OCCAR and Technical Manager for EC725 Caracal & Puma at DGA. Pellegrini earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in aerospace engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO between 1996 and 1999.

The Organisation Conjointe de Coopération en matière d'ARmement was established by an Administrative Arrangement on 12th November 1996 by the Defence Ministers of France, Germany, Italy and the UK. Its aim is to provide more effective and efficient arrangements for the management of certain existing and future collaborative armament programmes.
