Anna Pinkerneil

Anna Pinkerneil serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Occhio GmbH since July 2021, where notable achievements include successful supply chain setup, lead time reduction, and quality improvement. Prior to this role, Anna held multiple positions at Hilding Anders International AB, including Chief Transformation Officer, where leadership in brand development and global supply chain integration was critical for business growth. Earlier experience includes a tenure at McKinsey & Company as a Manufacturing Expert, driving multi-million impact transformations across international sites. Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and furthered education at Stanford University with a focus on COO development.
