Erik Russell

Erik Russell currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Hospitality & Auxiliary Services at Occidental College, a position held since May 2022. Previously, Erik spent over seven years at the University of Southern California, where roles included Senior Associate Director of Hospitality and Associate Director of Residential Dining. Erik's career also encompasses management positions at Grill Concepts, Inc., Table Setter Hospitality, The Cheesecake Factory, sbe Lifestyle Hospitality, and California Pizza Kitchen, with various general management roles starting as early as 2002. Erik holds an Executive Master in Organizational Leadership from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
