Jamila Chambers

Jamila Chambers, SPHR, currently serves as the Executive Director of the Hameetman Career Center at Occidental College, where responsibilities have included roles as Interim Director and Senior Associate Director in Career Education & Advising since April 2018. Additionally, Jamila Chambers is the President and Principal HR Consultant at Jamila Chambers Enterprises, LLC, a position held since August 2015. Previous experience includes key roles in human resources at Jamba, Panda Restaurant Group, and Albertsons Companies, with a focus on strategic business partnership and regional management. Academic achievements include a Master of Arts in Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Black Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
