Jordan Brown

Jordan Brown currently serves as the Associate Dean of Admission at Occidental College since August 2023, where responsibilities include supervising staff, leading transfer and student-athlete recruitment, and collaborating with the Equity and Access Team. Previously, Jordan was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Boston Consulting Group from November 2021 to August 2023, and held various roles at Occidental College, including Senior Assistant Dean of Admission and Coordinator of Student-Athlete Recruitment. Additional experience includes working as a Graduate Assistant at Columbia University and as an Admissions Counselor at Lewis & Clark College. Jordan holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Occidental College.
