Maria Inostroza

Maria Inostroza is an accomplished visual arts educator with extensive experience in both tutoring and academic settings. Currently serving as a Visual Arts Instructor in Private Tutoring since January 2020, Maria specializes in introducing software tools for visual arts aligned with California standards. At Occidental College since August 2013, Maria teaches professional development seminars aimed at enhancing Spanish language instruction through art and technology. Previous roles include Gallery School Docent at The Getty Villa, where Maria created engaging school tours, and a Film and Technology Educator at California State University-San Bernardino, focusing on integrating technology in language education. With a background in digital production and media development in various companies, Maria combines artistic skills with technical expertise, holding a BFA from Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes Manuel Belgrano and a Certificate in 2D Animation from Santa Monica College.
