Amir Shahbazi

Amir Shahbazi is an experienced professional in the field of engineering, specializing in reservoir simulation and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Analytics Engineer and Reservoir Simulation Engineer at Oxy since September 2022, Shahbazi previously held the role of Technical Advisor at TEVERRA for a brief period in early 2022. Before that, Shahbazi spent over a decade at Computer Modelling Group Ltd. as a Senior Simulation Engineer within the CoFlow Development team. Additionally, Shahbazi has experience as a Reservoir Simulation Engineer at Schlumberger from 2003 to 2005. Academic credentials include a PhD in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary and both an MSc and BSc in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, respectively, from Sharif University of Technology.
