David Bump

David Bump is an accomplished professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Vice President of GOM Drilling and Completions, and Vice President of Major Projects, Offshore at Oxy since November 2019. Previously, David held multiple leadership roles at W&T Offshore, including Executive Vice President of Drilling, Completions, Facilities & HSE&R. Additional experience includes significant positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas, along with leadership roles at HWCG LLC and earlier positions in other companies. David Bump earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.
