Joe Garcia

Joe Garcia is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in SharePoint administration and enterprise content management. Currently serving as an IT Advisor at Oxy since August 2011, Joe specializes in stakeholder requirement analysis, development lifecycle management using Azure Boards, and support for SharePoint platforms. Previous roles include Global SharePoint Administrator at Tyco Thermal Controls and Senior Systems Analyst at AT&T Services, where Joe developed and customized SharePoint environments, provided user training, and implemented continuous improvements. Joe holds an MBA in Management from the University of Houston-Victoria and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University.
