Raj Gaddam

Raj Gaddam is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Advisor-Process at Oxy since September 2023. Previously, Raj held the position of Principal Process Engineer at Schlumberger from July 2021 to September 2023 and served in various roles, including Principal Process Engineer, Technical Expert - Process Engineering, and Senior Process Engineer at SBM Offshore between April 2012 and July 2021. Prior experience also includes roles as Principal Process Simulation Engineer and Senior Process Simulation Engineer at Aspen Technology Inc from November 2006 to April 2012, and as a Process Development Engineer at Capricorn Pharma Inc from June 2004 to October 2006. Raj earned a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University.
