Madelene Gustavsson

Madelene Gustavsson is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in global mobility and rewards management. Currently serving as Global Director Rewards, HRIS & Analytics at Occlutech since August 2023, Madelene previously held the position of Head Global Mobility at Ramboll from November 2020 to August 2023. Prior roles include Head Mobility Europe and Head Global Mobility Projects at Sony Mobile Communications, where responsibilities spanned management of mobility teams across Europe and global operations. Madelene also served as Head of International Assignments at Scania, overseeing a department dedicated to international assignments for a diverse workforce. Additional HR experience includes roles as HR Consultant at Poolia and HR Developer at General Mills, where a leadership program was designed and implemented. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in HR from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor's degree in Education from Dalarna University.
