Occupational Development Center

The Occupational Development Center (ODC) is a nonprofit social enterprise that specializes in providing employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Our mission is developing the skills of individuals with disabilities by providing opportunities for suitable, sustainable employment that result in greater independence. Our organization encompasses nine divisions serving 11 communities across northern Minnesota. In order to provide quality services to our clients, we operate three production facilities in Bemidji, Buhl and Roseau. Through these facilities we offer custom wood cutting and processing, metal fabrication and finishing, industrial sewing, packaging, assembly and fulfillment services. We have worked for decades to develop lasting relationships with local and national businesses in order to provide the people we serve options to develop their strengths and match them to their ideal job.
