Simon Billsberry

Simon Billsberry is a board member at Smart Recruit Online and has over 20 years of experience in the sales and leadership industry. Simon was the founder and CEO of Kineticom, a company that provided sales acceleration services to high-tech firms, from 2000 to 2012. Simon then served as the director of sales at S.Com Inc from 1998 to 2000. In 2014, they founded Extreme Leadership, Inc., a coaching and consulting firm that helps CEOs and leaders of high-growth companies scale their businesses. Simon is also a CEO coach and advisor for SMART Payment Plan.

Simon Billsberry studied environmental sciences at the University of Plymouth, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree. Before that, they completed A Levels in mathematics, physics and chemistry at Ratcliffe College in Leicestershire, UK.
