Kevin is responsible for strategic planning and translating Ocean Aero’s strategy across all functions to ensure metrics, actions, and goals of the company are aligned with desired results. Before joining Ocean Aero, Kevin held global market development and commercial leadership roles at a Fortune 50 company, a mid-sized industrial business, and a small biotech start-up. He is tenured in developing company strategies, building new commercial teams by recruiting, training, and establishing process rigor and metrics, and is experienced in leading both small, local teams of <10 and up to 800+ in a global setting with a focus on driving revenue growth and gaining market share.
