Megan Human

Megan Human is an experienced scientist and analyst with a strong background in ecology and environmental science. Currently serving as an Analyst 2 in the ESA Section 7 Support at Ocean Associates, Inc. since August 2022, Megan focuses on providing analytical support and research for consultations related to federal activities impacting ESA-listed species and their habitats. Prior to this role, Megan worked at Environmental Assessment Services, LLC as a Plankton Sorter, and also served as Scientist III for NOAA SWFSC at Ocean Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included sorting plankton samples and conducting various ecological research projects. Earlier experience includes a research assistant position at NOAA NWFSC, where Megan was involved in a range of laboratory and field tasks related to plankton and algal studies. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Washington, obtained in 2013.
