Michael Soto

Michael Soto has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Michael started their career as a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate at ClientLogic in 2003. Michael then moved on to Citi, where they served as an Intern for six months in 2006. Following this, they joined Trustmark National Bank as a Management Development Associate from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Regional Relationship Manager at Title Technologies, Inc. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Credit Analyst II at Trustmark National Bank. Michael then joined Ocean Bank as an AVP C&I Credit Officer from 2012 to 2017. Subsequently, they worked at BankUnited as a VP Corporate Portfolio Manager from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of VP Sr. Credit Officer at Ocean Bank, starting in May 2019.

Michael Soto attended Mississippi State University from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance from the College of Business and Industry. In 2006, they also briefly studied Business Spanish at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
