Melinda Burns (Mindy)

Melinda (Mindy) Burns has extensive experience in both nursing and pastoral leadership. Since August 2006, Mindy has served as a Registered Nurse and Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) at Ocean Beach Hospital. Mindy has also been actively involved in pastoral roles, currently serving as Pastor at Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends since 2001 and at Destiny Friends Church since November 2008. Previous pastoral experience includes a tenure at Crossroads Community Church: A Friends Fellowship from November 2010 to November 2013. Mindy holds an Associate of Arts degree from Spokane Falls Community College and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Chemeketa Community College.
