Joe Ricciuti is the Managing Partner at Ocean Block Capital. Joe has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Joe started their career at Marcus & Millichap in January 2015 as an Investment Sales Associate. In December 2017, they left Marcus & Millichap to start Ocean Block Capital.

Joe Ricciuti attended Hamilton College and Norwell High School.
