Caitlin Hart

Caitlin Hart is a Senior Manager of Government Relations at Ocean Conservancy, focusing on policy solutions to combat ocean threats and leading advocacy campaigns for Trash-Free Seas and Plastics policy objectives. Previously, Caitlin served as a Senior Legislative Analyst and Legislative Analyst at the Environmental Defense Fund, and as a Legislative Correspondent in the United States Senate, where responsibilities included managing constituent correspondence and drafting legislative memos on various issues. Early career roles also included Mailroom Manager and Staff Assistant in the Senate, and an internship where Caitlin assisted constituents with federal agency communications. Caitlin holds a Master's degree in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Florida.
