Delaine McCullough

Delaine McCullough is an experienced campaign manager and policy manager specializing in shipping emissions at Ocean Conservancy since August 2021. With a robust background in climate finance accountability, Delaine led the first initiative of its kind at the International Budget Partnership from 2008 to July 2021 while also serving as Head of Communications to enhance the organization's global agenda. Prior roles include Director of Marketing & Communications at PDK International, Senior Policy Analyst at the California Budget & Policy Center, and Media Director for the 1999 Microcredit Summit Secretariat. Delaine's career began in environmental policy advocacy, holding various leadership roles with organizations dedicated to environmental and economic justice. Delaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Public Affairs in Comparative International Affairs from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
