Kacky Andrews has a diverse work experience in conservation organizations. Kacky started in 2014 as the Director of Conservation Programs, North America at TNC and held this role until 2019. In 2018, they joined The Nature Conservancy as Executive Vice President, Global Strategies but left in 2019. Currently, they are working as the Chief of Strategy at Ocean Conservancy since November 2019.

Kacky Andrews completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Duke University in 1989. Kacky then pursued further studies and obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Florida from 1989 to 1992. In 1995, they attended Lewis & Clark Law School, where they earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Environmental Law.
