Mathru Ganesha

Mathru Ganesha possesses extensive experience in the electrical and automation industry, currently serving as GM-Strategy and Chief of Staff to the MD & CEO for Schneider Electric in the Greater India zone since April 2021. In this role, Mathru has been instrumental in leading strategic decision-making and managing special projects related to corporate affairs and media. Previous roles include Branch Head, demonstrating leadership in Sales & Marketing, and Deputy General Manager of Sales, focusing on project business revenue and technical inquiries in Mumbai. Prior to Schneider Electric, Mathru held the position of Manager of Sales at L&T Electrical & Automation and Sales Manager at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Academic qualifications include a PGMEP in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering.
