Sara Winchester

Sara Winchester, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration at Ocean County College since May 2003, previously worked at Brookdale Community College as the Director of Budgets from 1995 to April 2003. With a CPA and MBA from Georgian Court University, Sara plays a crucial role in advising the President on financial oversight, policy development, budgeting, and strategic planning at Ocean County College.
