Anthony Bonanato

Anthony (Tony) Bonanato has extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, currently serving as Vice President and Senior Associate in Commercial Real Estate Workout at Santander Bank, N.A. since April 2025. Prior roles include Vice President at OceanFirst Bank from February 2018 to April 2025, and Senior Account Manager at Penn Personnel Consultants for a brief period in early 2018. Tony spent 18 years at Bank of America, where positions included Flood Governance Officer, Senior Credit Products Officer, and Senior Portfolio Management Officer, focusing on portfolio management in commercial real estate finance. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Credit Analyst at TD (formerly Commerce Bank, N.A.) from January 1996 to August 1999. Anthony holds a degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, completed between 1990 and 1995.
