Christie started their career as a teller with Boardwalk Bank in 2002 and was later promoted to Assistant Manager, overseeing branch operations. In 2008, Boardwalk Bank was acquired by Cape Bank, and Christie played a crucial role in the transition, handling product mapping, data migration, customer communications, and team integration. At Cape Bank, they held multiple roles, including Assistant Vice President of Retail Banking Administrator, Assistant Vice President of Marketing, and eventually Vice President of Marketing.
