Steven J. Tsimbinos

Steven Tsimbinos has had an extensive work experience spanning over multiple years. Steven began their career as an Associate at Thacher Proffitt & Wood in 1994 before moving on to become a Member of Firm and Attorney at Lowenstein Sandler PC in 1997. In 2006, Steven joined Copper River Management as General Counsel and remained in that role until 2010. In the same year, they became a Director at Doran Jones Inc. and later transitioned to OceanFirst Bank in 2010, where they currently hold the position of General Counsel and Executive Vice President.

Steven Tsimbinos earned a J.D. degree in Law from Boston University School of Law, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. degree in Economics and Business from Skidmore College, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
