Renee Natale has extensive experience in project management and human resources, currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer at OHI - Ocean Health Initiatives, Inc. from 2017 to the present. Prior roles include an internship as a Human Resources Representative at Six Flags in 2016, an Office Clerk at Bergen County Clerk's Office in 2014, and a Title Examiner in freelance work from 2011 to 2014. Renee also served as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Army from 2009 to 2011 and worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Bergen County Clerk's Office from 1998 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from American Military University.
