Natasha Harris

Natasha Harris is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Training and Culture Coordinator at Ocean Hotels Group in Barbados since July 2022. Prior to this role, Natasha gained valuable experience at Sandy Lane, where positions included Shift Leader and Front Office Receptionist from October 2013 to July 2022. Natasha also contributed to Nando's UK & IRE as a Staff Trainer from April 2011 to February 2013. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Kent, completed in 2013.
