Shakira Forde

Shakira Forde is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Group Training and Culture Development Coordinator at Ocean Hotels Group Barbados since March 2021. Forde has diverse experience, including roles as a Training Role-player for Ross University and other organizations from December 2015 to November 2021, where skills were honed in experiential learning and coaching through role-play simulation. Previous positions include Business Psychology Intern at CAIA, Business Development Administrator at East Point Productions Inc., and contributing as a Business Development Consultant for Enactus Hertfordshire. Forde's early career involved brand promotion as an Ambassador at Bryden Stokes and facilitating drama workshops for the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire, a Bachelor’s in Psychology with Management from the University of the West Indies, and an Associate’s Degree in Theatre Arts from Barbados Community College.
