Andrew Galbraith has a diverse work experience in the geoscience and engineering fields. Andrew is currently the Managing Director at Ocean Infinity since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director at geowynd starting in December 2020. Andrew served as the Head of Geoscience at Vattenfall from June 2018 to December 2020, and before that, they were the Lead Geotechnical Engineer at the same company from May 2015 to June 2018. Previously, they worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Wood Group Kenny from May 2013 to June 2015 and as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Byrne Looby Partners from October 2012 to April 2013. Andrew initially joined Byrne Looby Partners as a Geotechnical Engineer in November 2010. Andrew'sprofessional journey began as a Research Assistant at Trinity College Dublin in June 2007.

Andrew Galbraith has a PhD degree in Deep foundations, design, reliability, performance, instrumentation, and testing from Trinity College Dublin, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. Andrew also holds a P Dip Stats degree in Statistics from Trinity College Dublin, obtained from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they attained a BA BAI degree in Civil, Structural, and Environmental Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, completed from 2003 to 2007. Furthermore, they completed the NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety from RRC International in 2018. In 2024, Andrew completed the Chief Operating Officer Programme in Business Administration and Management, General from INSEAD. Andrew also obtained certifications such as CEng from Engineers Ireland in 2013, as well as online courses from Emeritus, including "Rethinking Global Strategy – Online" in 2023 and "M&A Success Strategies - Online" in 2024.
