Dave Archbell

Dave Archbell has diverse work experience in various roles within the maritime industry. Dave is currently employed as the Marine Engineering Lead at Ocean Infinity. Prior to this, they worked as a Vessel Manager at VShips Offshore from 2018 to 2021. From 2015 to 2018, Dave took a break from their career and was available for new challenges. Before that, they served as the Regional Head of Technical at Svitzer Middle East AMEA for a brief period in 2015. Dave also worked as a Technical Manager at Topaz Energy and Marine from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they held positions at Solstad Offshore Ltda and Solstad Offshore UK Ltd as a Technical Manager and Technical Superintendent respectively. Earlier in their career, Dave worked as a Project Manager at A&P Tees, Northern Area Manager at Shield Environmental Services, and Project Leader at the Royal Fleet Auxiliary.

From 1973 to 1977, Dave Archbell attended Poplar Marine Technical College, where they studied marine engineering. Dave did not obtain a degree from this institution.
