Hsiao-Sheng Lin

Hsiao-Sheng Lin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hsiao-Sheng is currently working as the Director of Sales, APAC (non-China) at Ocean Insight since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Sales Manager, TW, SEA & ANZ at the same company from September 2021 to October 2023.

Before Ocean Insight, they worked as a Channel Manager at 舜飛世爾 from April 2020 to September 2021. Hsiao-Sheng also has experience in Particle Measuring Systems where they held the position of Sales Manager, Life Science from February 2016 to April 2020.

Hsiao-Sheng Lin has previous research experience as a Senior Research Associate at United Biomedical, Inc., Asia from January 2015 to February 2016.

Hsiao-Sheng has also worked at Merck Millipore where they held multiple roles including Technical and Product Specialist from January 2013 to March 2014, and Account Specialist from April 2011 to December 2012.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Level Biotechnology Inc. as a Purchase Supervisor from November 2010 to March 2011, and as a Product Supervisor from June 2009 to November 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at National Taiwan University from July 2008 to May 2009.

Hsiao-Sheng Lin obtained a Master's degree in Zoology from National Taiwan University in the years 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Life Science from Tunghai University in the years 2000 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have certifications in Developing Leadership Presence from LinkedIn and PMP Certificate from the Project Management Institute, Inc. Hsiao-Sheng Lin has also received training in Internal audit for Quality Management Systems for medical devices (ISO 13485) and Medical Devices- Quality Management Systems Essential Training Course (ISO 13485:2003 & ISO 13485:2012) from reputable institutions.
