Felicia Loh

Felicia Loh currently serves as the Global Head of Key Accounts and Tender Management at Ocean Network Express, a position held since August 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Global Client Director at APM Terminals from June 2023 to August 2024, and Head of Southeast Asia at Twill from January 2020 to June 2023, where Felicia addressed supply chain needs and promoted digital logistics. Felicia's tenure at A.P. Moller - Maersk spanned from April 2015 to June 2023, including leadership positions in Southeast Asia and Global Key Client Management, focusing on developing trade volumes in collaboration with top Global Freight Forwarders. Earlier experience includes working as the Regional Business Development Manager at Toll Group, where Felicia targeted new business within the Retail, FMCG, and Electronics sectors. Felicia holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Economics from Singapore Management University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and is a recognized scholar with multiple academic awards. High school education was completed at Hwa Chong Institution.
