Tom Waller

Tom Waller has extensive experience in the field of business process management and IT, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Business Process and IT at Ocean Network Express since April 2018, where responsibilities include delivering strategy and innovation, as well as developing regional system solutions such as Robotic Process Automation and Business Intelligence for Europe and Africa. Prior to this role, Tom served as General Manager of Business Process Management at NYK Group Europe Ltd from 1998 to April 2018 and held various management positions, including Programme Manager and IT Development Manager. Early career included positions as Senior Analyst/Programmer and Project Manager at Stena Line and as Senior Analyst/Programmer at the University of Westminster. Tom holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Development from The Open University and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Westminster.
