Wendy Nathan

Wendy Nathan currently serves as the Head of Human Resources, General Affairs, Compliance, and IT for Ocean Network Express in South Africa since May 2022, overseeing all HR practices and compliance initiatives. Previously, Wendy held multiple leadership roles at House of Monatic from February 2000 to April 2022, including Managing Executive, where oversight of retail, marketing, manufacturing, warehousing, and brand management was provided, alongside implementing significant organizational changes. Furthermore, Wendy served as a Board member focused on strategic direction and human resources management, developing HR departments across various operations with a workforce of 1,200. Wendy holds an LLB and a Bachelor of Law from the University of the Western Cape and is pursuing further education in finance at the University of Cape Town.
