Currently serving as Head of Brand Partnerships at Ocean Outdoor since December 2014, Rachel has held multiple key roles, including Group Head and Agency Sales Director. Prior experience at H&M from August 2010 to December 2014 involved overseeing marketing for Ladies & Kids concepts and leading major campaign strategies, including a multimillion-pound store re-launch. Earlier, at Kinetic Worldwide from March 2003 to August 2010, Rachel contributed to significant account management and business growth across high-profile clients, totaling £40 million in billings. Rachel's educational background includes a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of Leicester.
