Vivian Sum Fong-Kwang

Ms. Vivian SUM Fong-kwang joined as a Board Member of Ocean Park Corporation in April 2021. She was Deputy Director of Food and Environmental Hygiene, Deputy Secretary for the Civil Service and Deputy Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development (Commerce and Industry). She has assumed the post of the Commissioner for Tourism since 15 April 2021.
