Prior to this, Angela worked as a Dispatcher/Deckhand at Sea Tow Central New Jersey from June 2021. Angela has an extensive background in the criminal justice field, having served as Supervisor-Out of County Unit at Montgomery County Adult Probation and Parole Department for nearly 30 years. Angela holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University.

Ocean County’s Care Management Organization (CMO) since 2005 The mission of Ocean Partnership for Children is to enhance the well-being of youth and families through natural and community supports. Ocean Partnership for Children (OPC) helps children with mental health, substance use and developmental disabilities meet their challenges, grow, succeed, and thrive. The agency uses the successful wraparound model to personalize a plan of care for each youth and family. OPC is a part of the New Jersey Children’s System of Care, a one-of-a-kind, strength-based coordinated care approach for youth in need.
