Scott Gordon

Scott 'Gordie' Gordon is a seasoned Strategic Programs Sales Manager currently engaged with Ocean Power Technologies, specializing in USV/Buoy training, certification, integration, and Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS). With a robust background in the U.S. Navy, Gordon commanded multiple vessels and contributed significantly to naval test and evaluation efforts, including operational analysis for various ship programs and systems acquisitions. They have supported the Department of Homeland Security's innovative technologies and have extensive experience in the consulting space, providing analytical services across the defense and security sectors. Additionally, Gordon has dedicated years to coaching rowing at various clubs in southern Virginia, honing their skills in endurance sports training. Gordon holds a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor's degree in International & Political Systems Analysis from the United States Naval Academy.
