Bob is a native of Eastport, Maine with broad experience in industrial facility management. He provides the upfront planning for all operational aspects of ORPC’s tidal energy projects and is the company’s safety officer. His expertise in industrial facility operations, program development, employee training, and community relations makes him a great asset to ORPC.
