Diane Carvalho

Diane Carvalho is an experienced HRIS professional with over three decades in human resources information systems. Currently serving as the HRIS Manager at Ocean Spray Cranberries since June 2009, Diane is the subject matter expert for Workday, overseeing the design, deployment, and management of various HR modules while driving adoption and transformation to enhance business processes. Prior to this role, Diane worked as a Sr HRIS Analyst at Ocean Spray, managing HRIS systems and specializing in core HR functions and Talent Management. Additional experience includes a Sr HRIS Analyst position at Shaw's Supermarkets, where responsibilities included developing data extracts and reporting for a large retail enterprise, and an HR Analyst role at Eastern Utilities. Diane holds an Associate of Science degree in Business from Bristol Community College and furthered education at Bridgewater State University.
