Joanne Kovaloski

Joanne Kovaloski is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in grower finance and operational management. Currently serving as the Manager of Grower Finance at Ocean Spray Cranberries since December 1996, Joanne oversees an annual distribution of $300 million to grower-owners while managing a team of three direct reports. Previously, as an Independent Consultant and Senior Accountant, Joanne directed quarterly payments exceeding $50 million and implemented significant process improvements. Joanne also held the position of Grower Finance Analyst, managing grower-owner payments and equity transactions. Earlier in Joanne's career, at USTrust, Joanne served as Assistant Vice President, providing comprehensive analysis and support for credit underwriting and portfolio management. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College.
