Judy L'Heureux

Judy L'heureux has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Judy began their career at Casual Male Retail Group in 2007 as the VP of Operations. In 2007, they also joined CMRG as the VP of Store Operations. In 2012, they transitioned to Ocean Spray Cranberries, where they held multiple positions, including Sr. Manager Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Director of Strategic Project Management Office, and Director of Innovation Navigation. Currently, since June 2021, they serve as the VP of Organizational Effectiveness at Ocean Spray Cranberries, where they focus on creating an efficient and learning-focused culture using continuous improvement methodologies and learning and development programs.
