Previously, Neil was the VP of Global IT Operations, Service, and Infrastructure at Subway. Neil is also a member of the Governing Body for the Evanta - Boston CIO Community. In terms of education, Neil recently completed a Certificate in the Chief Digital Officer Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has an academic background from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
