Ravi Pichan is the Chief Information Officer at RBL Bank. Ravi is a Global Business & Technology professional with over 28 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) industry. He has successfully managed complex portfolios of IT investments across organizations & geographies, driving technology strategy, delivering transformation programs aligned to business strategy and steering innovation to fuel business growth. He has been contributing in developing leadership teams and sound management practices by guiding, supervising, and enforcing compliance requirements.

In his current role at RBL Bank, Ravi is responsible for spearheading digital transformation; implementing agile and cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency, enabling process automation and simplification of manual operations across the Bank, creating a technology innovation hub to drive a culture of continuous innovation across the Bank.

Prior to joining RBL Bank, Ravi was the Chief Information & Technology Officer at HDFC Life, he has also worked in leadership roles at organisations including Larsen & Toubro Infotech, Capgemini, Barclays, & Bank of America.

Ravi is a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) from Mumbai University and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional.
