Scott Stears has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Scott started their career as a Farmer at Stears Farms Inc., where they worked for five years. Scott then transitioned to a Transportation Specialist role at P&P Transportation Services, Inc. for one year before joining Hamilton Sundstrand as a Manufacturing Specialist for four years.
In 2003, Stears joined Ocean Spray Cranberries, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility. Scott started as an Operations Supervisor and later became an Operations Manager at their Wisconsin facility. Stears then moved on to become a Plant Manager in Wisconsin and subsequently a Plant Director in Washington, overseeing manufacturing operations and managing a large number of employees.
Throughout their tenure at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Stears held increasingly senior roles, including Plant Director in Massachusetts and Director of Manufacturing. Scott was ultimately promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing & Engineering, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's beverage processing and packaging facilities, managing capital planning, project engineering, and ensuring manufacturing maintenance asset care and reliability.
