Pei-Ting Zoe Muir

Pei-Ting Zoe Muir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design, eLearning project management, and multimedia production. Currently serving as a Performance and Insights Specialist at Ocean Technologies Group, Pei-Ting leads the delivery of the 'Ocean Perform' maritime business intelligence solution, while previously managing various eLearning projects and stakeholder communications. Pei-Ting also operates Zoe Indie Creatives, focusing on translation, localization, and the design of web-based multimedia resources. Prior roles include significant positions at Marlins where responsibilities spanned eLearning project management and team leadership, as well as educational technology roles in Taiwan, contributing to the development of e-learning materials. Pei-Ting holds an MSc in Education, Technology and Society from the University of Bristol and a BEd in Educational Technology from Tamkang University.
