Joel Lutzker

Joel Lutzker possesses extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel at Ocean Tomo since October 2008. Prior to this role, Lutzker was a Partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton for one year and held a similar position at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from January 2001 to October 2007. Lutzker's legal career began at Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein, where a partnership was established from 1980 until 2001. Lutzker earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from New York University School of Law between 1972 and 1975, following a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from New York University from 1968 to 1972.
